1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the td22 platform available at td22.bet (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "td22", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and td22. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have registered with us.

td22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use td22, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. td22 enforces age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any of the above of td22 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by td22 for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and are not depositing or wagering money on behalf of any other person.
• You are of sound mind and gambling voluntarily for entertainment purposes, not as a financial strategy or out of compulsion.

td22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If td22 discovers that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be void and forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

3 Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access betting and casino services on td22, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on td22. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. td22 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify td22 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. td22 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

3.3 KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as your National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — as well as proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be subject to enhanced verification. td22 may request additional documentation including bank statements or source-of-funds declarations for high-value transactions in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

3.4 Account Currency

All td22 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT. td22 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

td22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and City Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account tier. Standard accounts have a daily maximum of ৳50,000 via mobile financial services.
• Processing time: Mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your td22 balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players from fraudulent activity targeting their accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳100,000 per day for standard verified accounts.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during normal business hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.

td22 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time. You will be notified via email or live chat if your withdrawal is subject to such a review.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). td22 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside td22's control. Please consult your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

5 Betting and Casino Game Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on td22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute between a player and td22 regarding the outcome of a bet, td22's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure described in Section 10 of these Terms.

td22 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical errors, data feed failures, or human input mistakes. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the td22 system and a bet ID has been issued to the player.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional latency rules. If a bet is placed after the event outcome has already been determined — due to data feed delay — td22 reserves the right to void such bets.
• Maximum payout per single bet slip: ৳500,000. Any winnings in excess of this cap on a single bet will be paid at the capped amount.
• td22 may impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on td22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all RNG games are statistically random and independent of previous results. td22 does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are as published by the individual game providers. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes on individual sessions.

5.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from third-party studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing live dealer games — including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti — are as displayed within the respective game interface. Any technical disruption during a live dealer session will be handled in accordance with the relevant provider's disconnection policy, which td22 will apply consistently.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

td22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the Rewards page.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Only real-money wagers count towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Wagers placed using bonus funds may count at a reduced rate depending on the game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• td22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already in progress for players who have met the qualifying criteria.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unplayed or unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

td22 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, and using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the td22 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances where legally permissible, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Opening or operating more than one account on td22, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including poker, blackjack, or sports betting.
• Money laundering: Using td22 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gambling. td22 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events that you have knowledge of, or have any influence over, the result. td22 cooperates with sports integrity organisations and will report suspicious betting patterns.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds displays, or payment processing errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for genuine betting activity on the Platform.
• Providing false information: Submitting fraudulent identity documents, fabricated proof of address, or misrepresenting your age or identity during the registration or KYC process.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by td22

td22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• The account holder is not eligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to td22, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.

Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), td22 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by td22's discretion, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure

Players may request voluntary account self-exclusion at any time through our responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, td22 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and receiving promotional communications. 8.3 Closure by the Player

You may close your td22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, td22 will process the closure within 2 business days. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td22 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

td22 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we invest heavily in platform reliability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during periods of high traffic such as BPL and IPL match days, or during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.

In all circumstances where td22 is found liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your td22 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which td22 is incorporated and licensed. td22 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the legal framework applicable to online gaming services in that context.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your account, or any transaction on the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

10.1 Formal Dispute Procedure

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of your initial contact with td22 support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]". td22 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a full written response within 14 business days of acknowledgement.

td22's written determination on any formally raised dispute shall be considered final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and td22 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
